Q : What is your opinion of MDS?
A : We are always making improvements on our farms, and Miguel Dairy service is the only company we use. They have added new wash and teat dip systems to all our operations and are currently adding the ability to have daily milk weights on our farms.

A : MDS is a very professional dairy service company with whom I had the privilege to work for a number of years. They have provided us with outstanding quality in repairs, maintenance, new construction and dairy supplies.
Q : How has MDS improved your dairy?
A : MDS provides us with everything we need to keep our dairy running 24/7. From installation of equipment and systems, service, routine maintenance, to supplies, monitoring and troubleshooting. It is much more efficient and cost effective to have one company providing a “total package” for our dairy.

A : The skilled employees MDS has with dairy installation experience. Most installations we have done had to be completed while we were still milking cows. MDS understands how to make that happen.

A : We don’t have the time to keep up with trends. Having MDS as a professional consultant gives us the time to focus our attention where it belongs - on the Dairy.
Q : Where would your dairy be without MDS and why?
A : Being as remote as we are, I know for certain we could not have done it without MDS. Their only competition is just too small, not as organized and not as reliable. MDS also outbid the competition every time, item by item. Managing three dairies with 13,000 milk cows requires a professional service provider to cover your back. To us, MDS is that partner that has your back!

A : MDS has helped us since day one of making the transition of relocating our dairy five years ago. They have provided excellent service to our dairy and it would be very difficult to operate 24/7, 365 day a year without their support.
Q : How has MDS improved your dairy?
A : Due to their recommendations to invest in newer technologies backed by their research, hands on experience, and training, we have excelled in the areas of producing more milk at a higher quality. We milk faster and more efficiently while being more cost effective.
Q : What is the best aspect of the installation experience?
A : Installation always starts on a promised schedule. Projects are finished on time, and the end result looks extremely good. MDS provides intensive by simplified training to milkers, technicians, and managers after installations. Our last 4800 cow dairy was abandoned for years before we purchased it, and it needed extensive remodeling. In the midst of criticism, time limit pressure, and harsh weather, MDS still had us up and running at full capacity in 93 days.

A : MDS has been there when we needed them, 24/7, which is very important to our business.

A : The dairy industry continues to change rapidly. Working with a progressive company is critical to keeping our operation running smoothly and efficiently by providing us with the latest technologies and updates.

A : It would be difficult to find another company that provides us with the “total package”. Dealing with several different service providers and the lack of communication that comes with that approach would lead to more down time and less efficiency.
